Coverage:
The warranty encompasses defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance.
Not Covered:
The warranty excludes plastic and wearable parts, such as grinder burrs, bean hoppers, etc. General wear and tear, as well as normal deterioration, is not included. Additionally, the warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or abuse, failure to perform necessary maintenance and/or cleaning, external causes like power surges or shortages, any damage or malfunction resulting from the use of non-original parts for repairs, and services or repairs performed by third parties.
